Runook is a US-registered company. This policy applies to runook.com and any service we operate under the Runook brand.
What we collect
- Forms you submit Forms you submit (demo request, contact form): the fields you fill in, plus timestamp and IP address for abuse prevention.
- Analytics: page views, referrer, browser, country, anonymized via Vercel Analytics and PostHog. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.
- Cookies: only technical cookies necessary for the site to work. No third-party advertising cookies.
What we do with it
- Respond to your inquiry (the only reason we collect form data).
- Schedule and conduct meetings you requested.
- Send you transactional emails about your inquiry or scheduled meeting.
- Improve the site using aggregated, anonymized analytics.
What we don't do
- Sell your data. Ever.
- Share your data with advertisers.
- Send marketing emails you didn't explicitly ask for.
Third parties
We use a small set of vendors to operate the site:
- Vercel hosting + analytics.
- Resend transactional email.
- Cal.com meeting scheduling.
- PostHog privacy-friendly product analytics.
Each is bound by their own privacy policy and a data processing agreement with us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data anytime. Email info@runook.com with subject Data request and we'll respond within 14 days.
Updates to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and announce them on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
