Last updated: May 2026. These terms cover use of runook.com. Engagements (Diagnostic / PoC / Deployment / Advisory) are governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Acceptance

By using runook.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The Site

The Site is owned and operated by Runook. We provide informational content, the option to schedule a consultation, and the ability to apply to open roles.

The Site is provided “as is.” Content is for general information. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. For engagements where compliance matters (HIPAA, FINRA, SOC2, etc.), we work under a written master services agreement.

6. Engagements

Any paid engagement — Diagnostic, Proof of Concept, Enterprise Deployment, Fractional AI Officer retainer, Train-the-Trainer, Industry Agent Subscription — is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. Those documents control if they conflict with these terms.
